Keith Patarroyo is a M.Sc. student in Computer Science at the Computational Design Group from the Université de Montréal. He works on the modeling of slender mechanical structures under the supervision of Bernhard Thomaszewski. He is also a member of LIGUM(Laboratoire d’Informatique Graphique de l’Université de Montréal) and a Research Affiliate of the Wolfram Physics Project.

A short description of his training, he was drawn to continuous and discrete (Fluid Dynamics and Kinetic Theory) by J. Muñoz, taught FEM by J. Galvis, DG-FEM by X. Zhang(张翔雄), Lattice Boltzmann by M. Mendoza, Discrete Dif. Geometry by M. Bessmeltsev(Бессмельцев), Complex Systems Theory by Stephen Wolfram, inter alia.
